My current goal is to lose 20lbs before the end of Winter Break, its the one I set when college started again, and Im going to meet it, no matter what.
Generally there will be daily posts of the exercise or DVD workout I did that day. In terms of nutrition, Im just going for eating a more balanced diet, with the occasional (small) treat. Because I know I can't cut sweets out of my diet. I enjoy them too much.
My ultimate goal, beyond losing weight, is to be able to complete Insanity before December 2012, for the satisfaction that I have the determination to kick my ass and get into shape.
I'll post updates of my progress every 2 weeks or so, and at some point I'll put my starting measurements up here as well.
Start Weight: October 29; 210lbs
